If you attempt to change your password from within your Office 365 account, you might get the following message:
You can't change your password here.
This is a known issue that we are working with Microsoft to correct. For now, you'll need to change your email password via your ITEGY-Distinctive Technology Services account.
If you are an account administrator, reset passwords from your ITEGY-Distinctive Technology Services account.
If you are not an account administrator, request a password reset email.
