GoCentral provides you with different options to meet your needs (Compare Plans). Using these plans to build your business platform means you may need more information about where data is stored and how features are managed to inform your privacy policy.
Your GoCentral products are automatically configured to collect anonymous site visit information and can be configured by you to collect additional traffic data, such as page load times. Raw server logs and traffic data, if enabled, are streamed to our data centers in the United States. This type of data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII) and is only used to help you understand whether your site has visitors and is loading quickly.
You may use GoCentral to collect information about your customers, such as mailing lists, purchase histories, and appointments. This data is housed in data stores in the United States. The features you use provide the ability to update, export, and/or delete your customer's data to comply with privacy regulations that apply to you. Where needed, you can also configure features that allow your customers to opt-in or opt-out of communications or data usage.
Places where features enable you to obtain personal information from your customers via web page are encrypted by default. The data stores where the information is maintained are secured using the same methods we use to secure your data (refer to Securing your digital identity).
