I updated my account email address, but am still getting messages at my old address

If you're getting messages from us at an old email address, here's how to check and update your main account and billing email addresses.

  1. Log in to your ITEGY account.
  2. Click this icon in the upper-right corner:
    click person icon
  3. Click Account Settings.
    click account settings
  4. In the My Profile page, check your email address. If you need to change your email address, click Edit in the upper right corner of the box, change your email address, and then click Save.
  5. Click Payment Methods.
  6. Check the email address for each of your payment methods. If you need to change your email address, click Edit, change your email address, and then click Save.
