Viewing the Renewals Report

In the Reseller Control Center, the Renewals report displays which of your customers' products and services are renewing within a specific date range. This report includes renewal dates, customer numbers, customer names, product names, revenue earned, and commissions.

When your search results display, you can print the data, export it, or view a customer's contact information.

To View the Renewals Report

1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
2. Go to the Reports tab.
3. From the Sales and Commissions menu, select Renewals.
4. From the Show menu, select one of the following:
   • Today — Displays the products and services renewing today.
   • This Week — Displays the products and services renewing this week.
   • Next Week — Displays the products and services renewing next week.
   • This Month — Displays the products and services renewing this month.
   • Next Month — Displays the products and services renewing next month.
   • This Quarter — Displays the products and services renewing this quarter.
   • Next Quarter — Displays the products and services renewing next quarter.
5. To change the date range that displays in the Date field, click the calendar icon.
6. From the Product Type menu, select a product. To display data for all of the products you offer, select Products.
7. Click View Report. Your search results display.
8. Do any of the following:
   • Print — To print your search results, click Print.
   • Export — To export your search results, click Export.
   • Customer Information — To view a customer's contact information, click the customer's name.
