No. As a part of our brand identity design services, we do not conduct trademark or logo searches. When you submit images or other content, according to the Brand Identity Design Service Agreement you accepted when purchasing a logo design, you certify that you own the appropriate rights or licenses. If you have questions regarding intellectual property ownership or infringement, you should contact your attorney.
