.XXX $75 Credit for the Search.XXX Ad Program

You can drive traffic to your developed .XXX site when you register or renew a .XXX domain name by Jan. 31, 2013.

For each .XXX domain name you renew or register, you will receive a $75 promotional credit from the ICM registry toward advertisements through the Search.xxx Ad Program - the ICM Registry's keyword advertising bidding platform for ads on Search.xxx.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• All active domain name registrations as of January 31, 2013 will be eligible for a one-­time promotional credit, per .XXX domain name.
  
• Each promotional credit expires on Dec. 31, 2013.
  
• You are limited to one promotional credit of $75 per .XXX domain name regardless of the registration term.
  
• Promotional credits can only be applied toward ads that direct initial click-through traffic to eligible .XXX websites.
  

  Note: Eligible websites are developed .XXX websites that contain adult entertainment content as determined at ICM Registry's sole discretion and use the .XXX URL (even if masked), as further described in the Search.xxx Policies and Principles.

• You must have a Sponsored Community Membership account to redeem the promotional credits. As of Jan. 31, 2013, the promotional credits will appear in your completed membership account.
  
• You can apply all promotional credits to ads for just one or more eligible .XXX websites.
  
• Pricing per keyword and/or ad will be dynamically set by the Search.xxx Ad Program's online bidding system. Prices may fluctuate. The value of your ads will be based on the value of the keywords and/or ad at the time the promotional credit is redeemed.
  
• There is no obligation for any member to purchase additional credits or ads. Each member may simply elect to use the full promotional credits without participating further in the program.
  
• This offer is subject to ad approval, valid domain name registration, and acceptance of Search.xxx Ad Program's terms and conditions.
  
• Promotional credits remain non-transferable and cannot be sold or bartered. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
  
• All .XXX domain name registrations are subject to the Registry-Registrant Agreement.
  
• Offer void where prohibited by law.
  

Note: The Search.xxx Ad Program is anticipated to launch by early 2013, but no later than March 31, 2013.
