Check the status of domains with Domain Buy Service

If you purchased our Domain Buy Service to attempt to acquire a registered domain name, you can check the status of the request through the Domain Manager.

Note: Make sure you've checked your confirmation email and set your bids on the domain!

1. Log in to your My Products page.
2. If you aren't automatically directed there, make sure to select the My Products tab:



3. Click Manage All:



4. From the Buy/Sell tab, select Domain Buy Service.

The Status column lists the status level of the Domain Buy Service for specific domains. Once you acquire a domain, we remove it from the list and activate it in your account.
