Where can I download my cPanel hosting backups?

Where you can download your backups you create depends on which type of backup you want to use.

You can access the location to download your backups by clicking Backups in the Files section of the cPanel home page.

Website Backups

After creating a partial backup for your website, you can download them in the Home Directory Backup section.

Database Backups

You can download backups of individual databases by clicking the database name in the MySQL Backup section.
