If you submitted your SSL certificate request for the wrong domain name and it hasn't been issued yet, you can cancel the pending request and return the credit to your account.
To Cancel a Pending Certificate Request
- Log in to your ITEGY account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
- Click SSL Certificates.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
- Next to the certificate you want to use, in the Action column, click View Status.
- In the Certificate Details section, in the Status row, click (cancel).
