Troubleshooting iPhone account verification errors

Learn how to troubleshoot setting up ITEGY-Distinctive Technology Services Office 365 on iPhone or iPad, if you receive the following error:

Here’s how to fix this error and add the email account to your iPhone by manually adding the server information. If you are having issues sending and receiving email on an existing iPhone email account, contact customer support.

  1. On the error, tap OK.
  2. Complete the following fields, and then click Next:

    ServerEnter outlook.office365.com
    DomainLeave this field blank
    UsernameEnter your email Office 365 ITEGY-Distinctive Technology Services address
    PasswordEnter your email address' password

  3. Tap Save.
    Save Exchange information
  4. Tap Save.
    Save confirmation
  5. Tap Save.
    Modify save options
  6. You will see your email account on the Passwords & Accounts screen.
