How do I Create a Sub-folder for use with my FTP Backup Service?

You can back up data using our FTP Backup Service, and save the data to a sub-folder.
To Create a Backup Sub-folder
- From your dedicated server, FTP to the backup server using any FTP client.
- Create your subfolder directory.
- Enter the directory as your location when you set up the FTP Backup Service.
Warning: You can only FTP to the FTP Backup from your server. It will not connect from another location.
