Upgrading Your Windows Hosting Account to IIS 7

Existing Windows Shared Hosting accounts running IIS 6 can upgrade to IIS 7. For information on IIS 7, see What is IIS 7?

Note: IIS 7 is not compatible with FrontPage Extensions or MySQL 4.0 databases.

To Upgrade Your Windows Shared Hosting Account to IIS 7

1. Log in to your ITEGY account.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
4. From the Tools section, click IIS Management.
5. Click Upgrade to IIS 7 and then read the on-screen information to make sure you understand the upgrade process.
6. Click OK.

   Note: You cannot downgrade to IIS 6.
