Where can I download my shared hosting backups?

Where you can download your backups you create depends on which type of backup you want to use.

Web Hosting does not create website backups. However, you can download your site's contents to your local machine.

After you create database backups, you can download them in the hosting account's _db_backups directory.

To download any of the content from your Web Hosting account, you must either use the built-in File Manager or an FTP client.
