How long does a Facelift redesign take?
ITEGY no longer offers Facelift as a service, though we will still support some of its features. Instead, we're offering a new service called Website Makeover that offers an updated, fresh looking design for your site.
Here are our estimates for how long your Facelift website redesign may take. These timeframes are quite conservative and we usually complete the work faster than what you see below.
Note: Your project starts when you fill out the Initial Design Form, not when you purchase it from a ITEGY representative.

Additional notes:
- A standard website Facelift allows for 3 rounds of feedback between designer and customer. However complicated sites may require additional feedback rounds, increasing the time to complete your redesign.
- If you're satisfied with the redesign at any point in the Facelift process, you can approve it and we'll swap the new design into your Website Builder account.
- Project delays can occur if you do not respond to Facelift team emails.
- Contact us any time if you have questions or want a status update by emailing us at wsbfacelift@godaddy.com. Our team is not able to provide phone support for the redesign effort.
