Remove Website Security from your domain or website

If you no longer want Website Security to scan your website for malware, you can cancel your account.

1. Log in to your ITEGY account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
2. Click the Account settings menu, and then select Renewals and billing.



3. Select the Website Security account you want to cancel, and then click Cancel renewal.

   

4. Click Delete my product.

   

5. Click the checkbox for To complete my request, I acknowledge I must open the email and select 'Yes, I want to delete.'and then click Send Email

   

6. You will receive an email with the subject link Action Required: Confirm to delete your products. Open this email and click Yes, I want to delete!

   

7. You will be taken back to your ITEGY account. Click Delete product to finish the process.
