Changing ZoneAlarm Security Settings to Allow Web-Based Email

To utilize all the features of Workspace Webmail, you need to change your firewall security settings to allow pop-ups.

Note: These changes apply specifically to Workspace Webmail and will only allow pop-ups from your email account.

To Change the Settings for ZoneAlarm Pro

1. Open ZoneAlarm Pro.
2. From the menu on the left, select Privacy.
3. Click on the Site List tab, and then click Add.
4. Add http://email.secureserver.net to the list of sites.
5. Under Persistent Cookie Control, click the X for each new site, and select Allowed.

Note: You must clear your browser's cache and restart your browser for the new settings to take effect.
