Through Workspace Webmail, you can download attachments from email messages.
To Download a Message Attachment
- Open or preview the email message that contains the attachments you want to download.
- Scroll to the Attachments list at the bottom of the message window.
- Select the attachments you want to download, and then click Download.
- Select the location where you want to save the attachments on your computer, and then click OK.
Note: To download multiple attachments at once, you must first install the Workspace Webmail Tools plugin. If you do not have the plugin, a window displays to install it. After the installation completes, return to your Workspace Webmail and download the attachments.
To Send a Message to Your Online Storage
Note: You can do this only if you have an Online Storage account.
- Open or preview the email message that contains the attachments you want to move to your Online Storage.
- Scroll to the Attachments list at the bottom of the message window.
- Select the attachments you want to download, and then in the Send selected to list, select Online Storage.
- Click Apply.
- A window displays to select the location where you want to save the attachments in your Online Storage. Select the location, and then click OK.
