Error: Pending Setup: MX Error
If the domain you are using for email does not have the proper MX records, you will see the error message:
Pending Setup: MX Error
To resolve this error, you need to correct your domain's MX records.
- First, you need to find your correct MX records.
- Edit your MX records wherever your domain is registered:
If your domain is Do this... Registered with ITEGY Edit your MX record using the DNS Manager Registered elsewhere Change your MX records with the company where you registered your domain name. You can find instructions for a a few common registrars, here. - After you change your MX records, resubmit your domain name for MX record validation. Next to Pending Setup: MX Error, click Retry.
