Clearing your browser cache can remedy a lot of problems you might see with your webmail. Please remember that clearing your browser cache may also remove any stored passwords, or auto-fill data.
- In Chrome, in the top right corner, click the 3-line button (Customize and control Google Chrome).
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, and click Show advanced settings...
- Under Privacy, click Clear browsing data...
- From the Obliterate the following items for: list, choose the beginning of time.
- Select Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Deselect everything else, so that only those two options are checked.
- Click Clear browsing data.
